Rules for unhappy reviews
For 1 and 2 stars the reply skips emoji, never admits legal fault, and always invites the reviewer to contact you privately. Code checks this, and a reply that breaks the rule is thrown out. Three-star replies never admit fault either.
Words beat stars
Star taps can be mistakes. Reply Kind reads the review text to decide if it is positive, mixed or negative, and the reply never mentions the star number.

Replies are written by AI and are yours to review before posting. If the AI writer is busy, you still get two complete replies from our templates, with a note saying so.
