Will the reply make a bad review worse?
It is built not to. On one and two stars it stays calm, never admits legal fault, skips emoji and asks the reviewer to contact you directly.
Does Reply Kind post to Google for me?

What if the stars don't match what they wrote?
The words decide. A glowing review left at one star gets a thank-you, and a complaint left at five stars gets a careful answer.
